Lead Writer and Founder
Abasiama Akpan
Abasiama Akpan is a versatile and skilled professional with a passion for impact program design and implementation, and learning design and development.
She is the Lead Writer for RBC. With over 10 years of experience in business writing and editing, she has honed her skills in research, editing, ghostwriting, copywriting, course design and development, storyboarding and scripting, and report writing.
As an Organisational Development Manager, Abasiama has successfully designed and delivered talent development programs for clients in various industries such as agriculture, education, electronics, venture funds/incubators, food & beverage, hospitality/travel, human resources, manufacturing, small business, technology services, medical & healthcare, nonprofit, oil & gas, professional services, real estate, and retail.
Abasiama is an Ambassador for Growth Africa Startup, where she uses her leadership and entrepreneurship skills to inspire and support the growth of startups. Her expertise in talent management strategy, team dynamics, change management, and impact report writing has helped her clients achieve their business goals and objectives.
Abasiama is committed to designing and implementing impact programs that create positive change in organizations and communities. Her capabilities in e-learning program design and development, organizational culture, and technical writing enable her to deliver high-quality and impactful programs that meet the needs of her clients.

COO & Co - Founder
Ukot Umezzinne
Ukot Umezinne is a development entrepreneur, Learning Designer, sales professional, and life skills coach for children and youth.
She is the co-founder of Renaissance Book Centre, co-founder and Director of The Life Skills Experts, Abuja; and founder of Co-create Africa Development Ltd.
Ukot has authored, co-authored, and co-created several resources, books, and programs to teach children and teachers the life skills of leadership creativity communication financial literacy, and entrepreneurship.
She also has extensive experience working with authors to bring their books to life with her ghostwriting expertise. These include written works on Christian faith, Nigerian law, entrepreneurship, business, and more.
Today, Ukot speaks at children and youth programs, virtually and in-person, igniting them to live a life of impact and service, and also offers private coaching services to children and youth, aged 6 and above.
Through her work at Co-create Africa, a development enterprise dedicated to creating sustainable transformation on the African continent, she's collaboratively unlocking the continent's human capital through the power of education.
